1. Service Description
IntentPi Software Pvt. Ltd. provides the PixelMD platform, an AI-powered diagnostic imaging and clinical intelligence system. The Service includes AI-assisted analysis of medical imaging studies, structured report generation, radiologist validation workflows, and diagnostic queue management tools. The Service is designed exclusively for use by licensed healthcare institutions and their authorized clinical personnel.
2. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including HIPAA.
- Ensure that all imaging data uploaded is authorized for processing with appropriate patient consent.
- Maintain valid professional licensure as required by your jurisdiction.
- Review and exercise independent clinical judgment on all AI-generated findings before making clinical decisions.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Use the Service as the sole basis for clinical diagnosis without independent professional review.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any AI models or software.
- Share, sublicense, or make the Service available to unauthorized third parties.
- Upload data that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security measures.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation, is the exclusive property of IntentPi Software Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended clinical purpose during your subscription term.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: PixelMD is a clinical decision support tool and is not intended to replace professional judgment. All AI-generated findings must be reviewed, validated, and confirmed by a licensed physician or radiologist before being used for clinical decision-making. No AI output should be treated as a definitive diagnosis or used as the sole basis for patient care decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntentPi Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that the Service is a supplementary clinical tool and that the ultimate responsibility for patient care lies with the treating healthcare provider.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the courts of Karnataka.
